CGI (NYSE:Frost) said it would be acquire Consultation in technology and engineering based in the United Kingdom, BJSS.
The agreement should conclude in February 2025.
Once the agreement is completed, it will allow more than 2,400 consultants and professionals to join CGI, and the company will have operations on 26 locations in the United Kingdom.
