Homemade protein cream

We all know that proteins are important. Not only is it the most satisfactory macronutrientProtein is also the constitutive element of our cells. It is important in the world of physical / health form because it can help us develop and retain muscles, which is particularly crucial as we age. We want to build and protect our muscles to help our bones and also protect our metabolism, because the muscles are “hungry” that fats and have higher energy demand.

I tend to recommend approximately 1 to 2 grams of protein per LB of ideal body weight (depending on so many factors, such as body composition, age, objectives, favorite food strategy, etc.), but I like to aim for 1 service of the size of a palm with each meal and snack.

This protein ice cream is a creamy and tasty dessert, which contains an impressive portion of protein. It is a great way to add variety to your protein sources while enjoying sweet treat. I share the recipe with you today so that you can recreate it at home!

Is the protein ice cream healthy?

This protein-rich ice cream recipe is an excellent healthy treat, especially since it includes healthy fats (coconut milk) and you can add all the fillings you like, including peanut butter, nuts or fruits. Please keep in mind that this should not be a traditional ice cream * ice cream * if that is what you want, but it is not “other” ice creams made with frozen bananas. If you want ordinary ice cream like Ben and Jerry’s and try to make it a substitute, it will not fill the void for you. 😉 Have a part of the real business, take advantage of it and move on.

However, if you have already had a protein shake and you are looking to add another option filled with protein to your day and you want something that has a sweet taste, give it a whirlwind! You can absolutely eat it every day as part of a balanced plan that includes lean proteins, smart carbohydrates and healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • Pouiner protein of choice – Lactrum protein powder and pea protein powder will work best. This step is important and make sure to use a protein powder you like! If you are looking for ideas, try Truvani or now food (use fitnessa for 20% reduction). Choose a protein powder that has a good texture and tastefully taste – it’s crucial. You can use vanilla protein powder or chocolate protein powder, depending on the flavor of the ice cream you would like to do.

  • Vanilla extract
  • Sea salt
  • Stevia to taste * (you can also use maple syrup if you do not like the taste of stevia. I avoid other artificial sugars because the sugar alcohols I bother my stomach))
  • For chocolate protein ice cream: semi-suckled chocolate chocolate of 4 oz
