Speaking after the match, Postcoglou said: “It is a difficult place to come and win.
“It is also a difficult place to win with the way they attack and settle down; You must defend your box. You just will have to do this.
“I thought the guys took care very well and we knew that it was going to be the key to us and that the guys were brilliant and we thought that we had the quality of football to hurt them in the other direction. Credit to boys, they were brilliant. »»

Postcoglou added: “Since he entered the team, he was exceptional.
“We have missed the last two games, but it’s the beauty of the place where we are right now. We slowly recover the players, we improve and help and I think it gives energy to the group. He was great today, [Bryan] Mbuemo is a handle for any rear and he managed it very well. »»
Archie Gray was congratulated in a similar vein and echoed the words of his manager.
With Micky Van de Ven who was resting in front of the Big Carabao Cup against Liverpool on Thursday and Cristian Romero is still not back, Gray was again called to the rear action.
The 18 -year -old said after the match: “Obviously, it’s a massive victory. At the back of another good victory before. To break this race, it was difficult, we were in a difficult period. We still have a lot of games to prove that we can wear this winning form, so it’s important.
“Sometimes this season, for five minutes, we have lost concentration. As soon as this goal has entered, we knew that we cannot make the same mistakes. Once we arrived at halftime, we thought we had to stay disciplined for the second half. They play a man to a man, they left people open in the back and we knew that we could also get a second goal.
“It’s a credit for Ben [Davies] and djed [Spence] and Pedro [Porro] Also. To be fair, Ben shouted the whole game and we shouted each other all the game, so it was really good to have it next to me. As I said, it was a very good white sheet and I hope we can continue. »»
