Hi friends! How are you doing? I hope you had a wonderful week! It was great here because

The pilot is retired!

It was an incredible weekend filled with pleasure with family and friend. When professional photos arrive, I will publish a complete summary! I’m just waiting for the latest final keys 🙂 I am so proud of the pilot for a little less than 22 years of service and I can’t wait for this new chapter.

Ceremony flowers:

He’s at home this week and it was so weird and incredible to have it without having to focus on work stuff. He takes a well -deserved break for the month of February and I can’t wait for more lunch dates, F45 lessons, hiking and drinking our morning coffee together. 🙂

It’s time for the Faviday Weekly favorites Day! This is where I share some of my favorite discoveries of the week and around the web. I always like to hear about your favorites too, so please cry out in the comments section below.

GOT IPL LASER MADE TO BETPOKE BEAUTY EAL PLUS this week – I had a group that I had to use – and I was so pumped to see that they have a biocharger. I used it for the first time at the Biohacking conference and I will certainly come back!

2.7 Friday Faves

Mode + beauty + random:

New portable humidifier! This is from the canopy collection x Dr. Idriss and it is a magnificent purple chrome color. I have some of their portable humidifiers and they are a must for travel. They inhibit mold and you can easily dismantle them and wash in the dishwasher.

I love the idea of humidifiers for the skin and also for the cold season – they help the kids to breathe and sleep well if they have a cough – but have always hated how coarse. Canopy humidifiers are so easy to clean and are not at all raw.

(My code is a fitnessista if you decide to check it!)
