France and the United Arab Emirates agreed Thursday to a framework agreement for a data center of 1 gigawatt dedicated to artificial intelligence which represents investments between 30 and 50 billion dollars, said the French presidency. The center would be the largest of this kind of Europe with more than a dozen sites across France.
