France is “back in the AI race,” said President Emmanuel Macron on Monday evening at the top of Paris artificial intelligence. His comments intervened only a few days after the Elysée and the United Arab Emirates announced their agreement to develop a vast campus and an AI data center in France. But experts warn that the breed to dominate the sector with massive investments in AI infrastructure is delivered with a unique set of challenges.
