Khalil Al-Hayya, chief negotiator of Hamas, said on Tuesday in a speech that activists intended to give the remains of four Israeli hostages in Israel Thursday in exchange for the release of Palestinian prisoners.
Hayya said that Bibas family members would be one of the four bodies given to Israel on Thursday. The other three members of the Bibas family in Gaza include Shiri Bibas and her two children.
Israeli officials said earlier on Tuesday that they expected the remains of Israeli hostages returned to Israel on Thursday, although they did not specify that Bibas family members would be among them.
Hamas will also increase the number of living hostages which should be released on Saturday to six against three, said Al-Hayya.
