On Tuesday, the American Circuit Court of Appeals ended the final plan at the student loan plan for former President Joe Biden on Tuesday.

The Missouri general prosecutor, Andrew Bailey, initially continued the Biden administration on his $ 500 million effort to wipe student loans, known as the backup plan. Tuesday’s decision of the Court concluded that the Biden Secretary of Education had “well exceeded this authority by conceiving a plan where loans are largely forgiven rather than reimbursed”.

Bailey noted in a press release that the decision has no active impact in Biden’s handler.

“Although Joe Biden is absent, this precedent is imperative to ensure that a president cannot force workers to the Americans to pay the bill for the debt of the Ivy League of someone else”, said Bailey in a statement.

THE Supreme United States Court refused the Biden administration’s request to lift a block on the backup plan last year. A Federal Court of Appeal of the Missouri had previously prevented the entire safeguard program from winning while the litigation on the merits continue before the lower courts. The Ministry of Justice, which is part of the Biden administration, recently asked the high emergency court for emergency repair.

The Biden administration argued that the court had gone too far when it published a national injunction, which actually put a temporary frost on the safeguard plan.

“Our administration will continue to defend the safeguard plan aggressively – which has helped more than 8 million borrowers to access the lower monthly payments, including 4.5 million borrowers who have had a zero payment each month”, said a White House spokesman for Fox News Digital at the time. “And, we will not stop fighting the efforts of Republican elected officials to increase costs on millions of student loan payments of their own voters.”

Biden presented a safeguard after the Supreme Court canceled its initial student loan delivery plan. THE White House said That the backup plan could reduce the monthly payments of zero -dollar borrowers, reduce the monthly costs by half and save those that make payments at least $ 1,000 per year. In addition, borrowers with an original balance of $ 12,000 or less will receive forgiveness from any balance remaining after 10 years of payment.
