A marketing and advertising professional in Gurugram on Monday praised the 10-minute ambulance service from Blinkit who saved the life of his grandfather.
In a LinkedIn post now viral, Komal Kataria told a critical incident where her grandfather needed immediate medical care. “My grandfather needed urgent medical attention, and we called the Blinkit ambulance. I expected that the long usual wait, the chaotic rush and the unclear processes.
Paramedical paramedics have carried out on-site tests, including blood pressure, sugar and oxygen levels, guaranteeing the stabilization of his grandfather on the way to the hospital, she said, adding, their commitment has extended beyond simple transport. “What has stood out the most? Their compassion and integrity. They did not just deposited us and left. They stayed until the arrival of the doctor, offering a detailed transfer of my grandfather’s condition. When my mother, at gratitude, tried to offer them money on books, they politely refused,” noted Kataria.
Kataria also praised the fast service medical initiative by saying: “Blinkit does not revolutionize fast trade – this is the redefinition of emergency intervention.” His experience reflects a broader feeling of appreciation towards the innovative service model that Blinkit has implemented.
“Congratulations to the team for having established a gold stallion in urgent care and human kindness,” she concluded, summarizing the general consensus around Blinkit’s approach to emergency services.
Deepinder Goyal, CEO of Zomato, Blinkit’s parent company, responded to the position by expressing his satisfaction with regard to the service, declaring: “I am so happy that we were able to help. Wishing your grandfather a quick recovery.”
“The ambulance was a lifeline – literally. Huge respect for what you build!” Kataria replied by thanking Goyal.
