AGDQ is one of speedrunning’s premier events, featuring a full week of high-level gameplay and lots of heart as players raise money for charity. The winter beneficiary of the organization is the which runs programs designed to stop cancer before it starts, with a focus on early detection and prevention.
The festivities begin on January 6 and there is plenty to see. GDQ events showcase a great mix of modern and retro games across almost every genre. Expect plenty of platform games like Astrobotone of our of 2024, which will take place on January 6 at 6:30 p.m. ET.
