She said she wasn’t going to “go into detail about why this year was one of the worst” because viewers will get to see “it all unfold here next year.”

“It’s been a year of a lot of unpacking of all these things that needed to happen for there to be real change,” she continued. “And I’m not really one to blame people for my life. “For example, earlier this year I was so dissociated. You see it in the show, I’m not there. I can’t even watch the show because it’s so hard to watch,” she said. she shared. “And then I finally wanted to start feeling again, so with that, you have to start feeling a lot of pain and letting things sink in.”

She said 2022 “was lived”, 2023 “was lost” and in 2024 she “let the pain in”. She said she let the pain in all at once, which left her “on the bathroom floor, screaming, crying on the phone, going to intense therapy.”

“I prayed to God that you should help me. And remember, this is not about complaining about life’s problems. It’s all about mental health,” a- she continued. “And it doesn’t matter what external things you have in life, because it will never make you happy if you are not happy inside.”
