Last Tuesday, I did my group ride and I was able to keep up the pace, without electrical assistance on the flat or assistance on the climbs. It was a fun ride. On Wednesday I took an easy two hour cruise on my recumbent bike. Thursday was a combination of an intense upper body workout and an intense run, for a total of two hours, which fortunately was well tolerated (no flare-ups!). Friday and Saturday were both easy 90 minute walks, Friday standing and Saturday lying down. Yesterday was a repeat of Thursday’s practice, but it lasted two and a half hours. I was a little tired later but I feel good today. It’s great to be back. But I have to keep going to my physical therapist to keep my ortho issues under control and back off if there are any symptoms.
