Department of Agriculture inspectors found unsanitary conditions, including “bugs and slime,” at the Boar’s Head facility beyond the now-closed plant linked to the deadly listeria outbreak in last year, according to reports.
The USDA released a series of noncompliance reports related to Boar’s Head following requests from several news organizations, the Associated Press reported Tuesday.
