Schumer recently shared frank health after opening his difficulties with a weight loss medication.
The actress “Trainwreck” took Instagram Friday to reveal that she is back on a new drug, Mounjaro, praising her for the “good experience” she offered her.
“Mounjaro has been great,” she said in the video, explaining that the drug is only covered by insurance if a patient suffers from diabetes or severe obesity.
“What most Internet thinks I have,” she joked. “But I have a very good experience with that and I wanted to stay real with you on this subject.”
Earlier in the video, Schumer explained how she had tried Wegovy for three years, but she was left nauseating.
“I couldn’t manage it. I don’t know if they changed the formula, no matter,” said Schumer.

Although the two drugs are used to help weight loss, Mounjaro was approved by the FDA to treat type II diabetes, while Wegovy did not do so.

The actress says she is on stage “premenopause”
Elsewhere in her Instagram video, the actress “pregnant Kinda” announced that she was in premenopause, the period between the years of reproduction of a woman and menopause.

Schumer first talked about his use of weight loss drugs in 2023 and encouraged other big Hollywood hats to stop “lying” to the catch.
