A question of an Iit Kanpur examination document has social networks to mix politics, engineering and a touch of humor. The question refers to the former chief minister of Delhi and former student of Iit, Arvind Kejriwal, who, after the recent electoral defeat in the elections of the Delhi Assembly, wishes to connect to “Mann Ki Baat” of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi (105.4 MHz) of the Prime Minister (105.4 MHz).
Here is the viral question of the electrical engineering department:
After an overwhelming defeat in the Delhi elections, the former Iit student, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, wants to connect to the “Mann Ki Baat” program by our Prime Minister on the Vividh Bharti (Air) FM at a frequency of 105 , 4 MHz. Mr. Kejriwal wants to design a filter that can pass the contents of the VIVIDH BHARTI channel while attenuating (rejecting) the Adjacent Radio Radio Nasha (107.2 MHz) and FM RAINBOW LUCKNOW (100.7 MHz) Radio) chains by at least – at least – at least – 60 db. Since he spent a lot of money during the electoral campaign, there can only be a resistance of 502, a variable inductance and a variable capacitor to design this filter. Please help Mr. Kejriwal design this filter using the R, L and C components and to discover: (a) the quality factor (q) of this filter.
(b) The necessary inductance and capacity values.

Sharing a photo of the Question Document on X, Ravi Handa, the founder of Handa Education Services and a graduate of the Iit Kharagpur, subtitled it: “Iit Kanpur Prop is trolling Arvind Kejriwal via a document exam.”
The message mainly left Twitterati amused. But some have said that the IIT had to define guidelines for adjusting questions paper.
The AAP managed by Kejriwal was defeated during the elections in the Delhi 2025 legislative assembly. He even lost his siege against Paroveh Verma by a margin of more than 4,000 votes from the constituency of the New Delhi Assembly.
