Bengaluru’s workforce is not unrelated to daring career movements, but a recent post Reddit has taken things. A technology professional, who claimed almost three years of experience, turned to the Internet after receiving what he called a “lowball offer” – despite an 87%salary increase.
The man, displaying under the handful “No_baby3592”, shared that he currently earned 16 LPA and had received 25 LPA in a new company. However, he expressed his frustration of his ghost for three months after several interview cycles, only to receive what he considered a disappointing offer for a demoted role.
