Bolivian judge orders arrest of ex-president Morales on teen trafficking charges

A Bolivian judge on Friday ordered the arrest of former Bolivian leader Evo Morales for his alleged relationship with a 15-year-old girl while he was in power, with whom prosecutors say he fathered a child. Morales, who has neither confirmed nor denied the accusations, says the accusations are part of an attempt to block his political return.
