Bournemouth joy as Iraola and Kluivert take monthly awards in Premier League

The final form of Bournemouth has been reflected today when they won the Premier League manager and the prices of the player of the month for January.

Andoni Iraola took the manager Gong for the second time in his career after leading the Cherries to three victories and a draw of their four games.

Iraola dominated a limited list of four men who also included the Manchester City Pep Guardiola. Eddie Howe from Newcastle and Mikel Arteta from Arsenal.

Justin Kluivert made a one-two bournemouth after scoring five goals and added two assists through the four games while the South Coast Club continued to challenge for a place in the Champions League next season.

Kluivert, the son of the Legend of the Netherlands Patrick, sparked a penalty in a 1-1 draw in Chelsea before scoring a brilliant hat-trick while Bournemouth beat Newcastle 4-1 in St James’ Park.

He followed this with a goal and a decisive pass while Bournemouth beat his colleagues from High-Flyers Nottingham Forest 5-0.
