Burnley have re-signed striker Ashley Barnes from Norwich on a contract until the end of the season.
The 35-year-old, who previously played for the Clarets between 2014 and 2023, joins Scott Parker’s side, who sit second in the Championship table.
He has already been promoted to the Premier League three times.

“It’s fantastic to be back home,” Barnes told the Burnley website.
“Burnley has been an integral part of my life for over a decade and I can’t wait to don the burgundy shirt again.”
Barnes has scored 80 Premier League goals for the Lancashire club, with his best season coming in 2018-19 with 12 goals.
His long-time Clarets strike partner Chris Wood is enjoying a renaissance at Nottingham Forest this season, scoring 11 times between now and Christmas.
Burnley face rivals Blackburn Rovers in the early kick-off on Saturday and could move closer to leaders Leeds if they win.
“Ashley leaves with our best wishes and we thank him for his contribution over the last 18 months,” Norwich sporting director Ben Knapper said.
