I made quite a bit of progress last week. I now rarely experience sciatica pain in my leg. There is still some pain in the left hip and SI joint, but at least the nerve is not crushed. My easy walks last up to an hour, which is more than enough time for relaxation. I also carefully do strength training of the muscles around the hip which has been well tolerated. I won’t go any further until I see my orthopedic doctor on Monday and see what he says. But I’m quite happy with the progress so far, and having already suffered a setback, I see no reason to risk rehabilitating him any faster.
We had our first rain of the season last night, and in the distance the last of the storm clouds are dissipating.
