According to the American SunRubin no longer plans to hold his annual Fête Blanche after having held one every year since 2021.

The party was usually held at his Bridgehampton party palace, with a number of famous guests allowed to attend.

Sources have linked the decision to end his career to the scandal surrounding embattled rapper Diddy, whose similar parties are now linked to the sexual accusations he faces.

They claimed that the findings about Diddy’s parties had tainted and “ruined” the theme of Rubin’s party, making it wise to end it.

“The Diddy White Party gave the theme such a stigma after everything that came out last year,” a source told the outlet.

Additionally, other lesser celebrities on the 300 guest list received personalized black and white invitations, worth $35,000.

Sources also revealed other reasons why the Fanatics CEO decided to end his annual party.

“Michael and his men thought the White Party couldn’t get any bigger than it already is, and they wanted to end it on a good note,” the source explained. “It’s the biggest celebrity party of the year, so it’s really important that they end it, but they also wanted to end it before it got tacky.

They added: “It was also getting completely out of hand with people trying to get an invite.”

Going forward, Rubin reportedly intends to “focus more on charity events,” a claim echoed by a second source, who also cited other programs as contributing factors to the party’s cancellation.

“There was never going to be a party this summer,” the source added. “The plan has always been to alternate the Reform charity event and its summer party so that there are no two in the same year.”

“Additionally, with Fanatics Fest now taking place in June of this year, this party was never on the schedule for 2025,” they concluded.

Diddy became famous for two types of parties: his glamorous White Parties, which ended in 2009, and his hedonistic “Freak Offs,” which only recently came to light.

The latter is now linked to federal charges against the rapper for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

According to reports, these “Freak Offs” were described as wild gatherings in which several women engaged in sexual acts with male escorts, with several high-profile celebrities reportedly attending the hedonistic events.

These evenings were also reportedly marked by instances of violence, with accusations against the music mogul of assaulting women, including hitting them, kicking them, dragging them and throwing objects at them.

A former party planner for Diddy previously revealed that the rapper decorated his mansion with mirrors every time he threw his infamous sex parties.

They claimed this unique setup allowed guests to see themselves “mirrored over and over again” while allowing Diddy to observe the alleged sex orgies held at his home from all angles.

“It was definitely a vibe that he wanted to put out, that everywhere you looked there would be sex. It was debauchery on every wall,” the planner said of the decor, according to the Daily Mail.

Each of these extravagant parties reportedly cost the rapper $500,000, a price he was always willing to pay as long as he was assured it would be “awesome.”

“All he asked was, ‘Is it going to be a big party?’ If the answer was yes, he was willing to pay,” the source said.

They added of the rapper: “He was [also] hiring both men and women who called themselves “models,” but it seemed obvious, at least to me, that they were actually sex workers. »
