The legal team had asked for the names in a request filed on January 6 before the trial on the sexual crimes of the musical magnate, later scheduled for this year.

Months after Diddy’s lawyers filed a request to obtain the names of the rapper’s accusers, the federal prosecutors were ordered to disclose the information.

According to TmzThe names that the lawyers of Diddy have sought were those listed in the indictment brought against the musical magnate in September 2024.

Although it is already clear that the ex-girlfriend of Diddy Cassie was one of the victims in question, the rest of the names was anonymous for the rapper and his lawyers.

They were only called victim 1, victim 2 and victim 3, Cassie being noted as victim 1, apparently because of his assault video being a key evidence in the next trial.

Before the trial, Diddy’s lawyers took measures to discredit the viral video of Assault Cassie published by CNN.

Previously, they argued that federal prosecutors presented a version published by the video to negatively influence one of Diddy’s deposit audiences.

At the time, they said that the alleged sequences presumed exaggerated the perceived threat of Diddy. They also declared that the altercation was simply a “sad overview of a consensual relationship of a decade” and described it as a “domestic dispute”.

More recently, lawyers wrote a letter to the court in which they said that CNN had destroyed the original images.

They also accused the media of having downloaded an altered whose “sequence” and “speed” had been modified.

After the allegations of the assault video, Cassie’s lawyer Douglas Wigdor criticized the allegations.

He described them as a “dishonest argument” of the Diddy’s legal team and continued by saying that any motion to exclude the video from the next trial would fail.

“I am convinced that the video represents fairly and precisely what happened, will be admitted to evidence,” he said.

The lawyer also predicted that Diddy “will be held responsible for his depravity,” apparently referring to the charges of sexual traffic, racketeering and transport to engage in prostitution.

By catching up with it, the music magnate grabbed it roughly by the neck and pushed it with force on the ground, several meters from the elevator.

He then delivered a brutal kick to his body before quickly gathering his personal effects.

In a continuous aggression demonstration, Diddy again kicked Cassie and dragged her into the corridor by his hooded sweatshirt to their hotel room. Later, he was seen with anger launching a vase in his direction when he was sitting in a chair.

Although the trial should serve as key evidence in the next Diddy trial, no official assault accusation has been made against him, because the limitation period to report such an incident has sold since.

However, Cassie brought a civil prosecution against Diddy, who was then settled for an undisclosed sum.
