Dizzaract Games officially launched as the largest game development studio in the Middle East with 160 people.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, Dizzaract aims to redefine gaming by combining artificial intelligence, immersive gameplay and blockchain technology. The studio aims to lead the next wave of AI-powered Web3 games.
This is in line with the strategic mission of Abu Dhabi, which recently created Beam Companiesa $140 million fund to invest in Web3 games.
Dizzaract wants to push the boundaries of gaming with patented AI frameworks that transform
traditional gameplay into adaptive and interactive experiences. The studio holds registered patents for an “Adaptive Machine Learning Framework for Gaming Assistance” and a “Personalized AI Learning and Training Framework for Gaming Systems.” These innovations allow games to dynamically respond to player actions, making each session unique.
“2025 marks the beginning of what we call the ‘AI supercycle’ in gaming,” said Ilman Shahzaev, founder of Dizzaract Games. “We’re going beyond scripted events to create living worlds in which AI agents adapt to players’ decisions and even emotions in real time. This change will blur the line between gaming and reality, delivering deeply personal and immersive experiences.
Dizzaract’s flagship game, Farcana, is a team-based hero shooter developed on Unreal Engine 5. Work on the game began in 2022, but the company has remained in stealth. It’s similar to Overwatch in terms of gameplay, and Shahzaev said he’s encouraged by the recent success of Marvel Rivals, another hero shooter that has recently taken off. In the funding round, Farcana raised $10 million.
The title features 24 unique characters with diverse tactical roles and advanced AI integration, the game offers immersive storytelling and in-depth strategic gameplay. As the first big-budget game developed in the UAE, Farcana aims to set a new benchmark for triple-A production quality in the region, presenting a Middle Eastern version of the popular Marvel Rivals.
Additionally, the game incorporates Web3 features, giving players true ownership of game assets and
blockchain-powered economies.
Dizzaract’s patented adaptive and personalized AI frameworks represent a step forward for the gaming industry. These technologies make it possible to analyze player behavior in real time, adjusting gameplay, NPC interactions, difficulty levels, and even game economies to align with each player’s unique journey. This approach promotes deeper engagement and keeps players immersed in what the studio describes as an “endless dopamine loop,” Shahzaev said.
Dizzaract’s vision goes beyond traditional gaming. Through AI integration with Web3, the studio is building decentralized economies where players can truly own their in-game assets and identity. The studio envisions a future where digital ownership becomes the norm and web capabilities will become the standard in gaming, allowing players to transfer achievements, avatars, and assets between multiple games seamlessly.

“Gaming becomes more than just entertainment,” Shahzaev said. “This is evolving towards a culture in which the actors are creators, decision-makers and stakeholders. AI and Web3 are at the heart of this transformation.
With the launch of Dizzaract Games, the Middle East consolidates its position as a key hub for technological and creative innovation in the video game industry. The studio is ready to lead the charge toward a future where gaming becomes a blend of immersive storytelling, dynamic economies, and real value.
Shahzaev said in an interview with GamesBeat that he made a fateful decision in 2018. He was working on a doctorate from the comfort of academia, but was also fascinated by cryptocurrency. During the crypto crash of 2018, he decided to withdraw from the Ph.D. program and focuses on crypto entrepreneurship. This turned out to be a very lucrative move, and then he began supporting a $10 million crypto mining data center. He was also an avid esports top gamer.
All these passions have come together in Dizzaract, where it attempts to create a balance between Web3, gaming and AI. He wants Dizzaract to revolutionize the gaming industry with innovative technologies like AI and Web3, and what that means for future game design.
Shahzaev’s vision for how AI will transform the player experience, including real-time adaptations to gameplay and personalized interactions. He predicts that by 2025, gaming will enter the “AI supercycle”, with games that dynamically respond to players’ actions, decisions and emotions in real time. He believes AI agents will operate in games with both benefits and challenges. He has seen some reluctance towards the inclusion and adoption of AI, but he believes the benefits will outweigh the harms.
Shazhaev believes that AI will play a dominant role in the development of Web3 games in 2025. He envisions an AI-driven gaming economy in which prices, resources, and events are adjusted based on player behavior and market trends. He also sees the integration of digital property and AI as a catalyst for creating entirely new markets for gaming assets and experiences, similar to the rise of internet companies in the late 1990s. 1990.
In addition to this, Shazhaev notes the growing trend of AI agents, particularly their role in managing in-game economies. A recent report from VanECK indicates that more than 1 million new AI agents will be created by the end of 2025, highlighting their potential impact across various sectors. According to Coingecko data, AI agents currently have a market capitalization of $11.3 billion.

“In Web3 games, AI agents can manage the game’s economies, providing real-time information and keeping systems dynamic and responsive. Web3 is another essential element driving this supercycle. By 2025, digital ownership will no longer be optional: it will become a fundamental expectation,” Shahzaev said. “Players will own their in-game assets and identity, transferring their achievements seamlessly from one game to another while participating in economies that mirror real-world markets.”
For example, imagine an avatar from one game carrying its skills, history, and strengths into another, creating a unified digital identity. The Epic Games CEO has already considered connecting Fortnite, Minecraft and Roblox into a unified metaverse, where digital assets can flow freely between platforms, he said.
“Unreal Engine offers the platform best suited for mass adoption as millions of players engage with it daily. AI-powered Web3 games will dominate the market by combining immersive gameplay with decentralized economies,” he said. Shahzaev said. “In-game economies, powered by AI, will be as dynamic and complex as real-world markets. These games will transcend entertainment and become cultural movements in which players act as evangelists, with AI-powered avatars serving as extensions of their digital identities.
He believes each player’s experience will be uniquely tailored, from storylines to gameplay mechanics, creating deeply personal journeys. This convergence of AI and Web3 will also open up entirely new markets for gaming assets, experiences, and even professions.
