Marcus Rashford was “the victim as much as the cause” during his difficulties at Manchester United, according to Stan Colalymore.
Rashford joined Aston Villa in January on an initial loan agreement until the end of the season, the West Midlands Club having the opportunity to move permanent in summer for 40 million pounds sterling.
He ended an unfortunate spell for Old Trafford for the international in England, which had been frozen under the new boss Ruben Amorim.
Rashford has gone through the ranks of United, making 426 appearances and scoring 138 goals, but was criticized in the last 18 months for a lack of perceived enthusiasm.
Collymore is categorical, however, the 27 -year -old should not bear the blame too much.
