The former defender of Aston Villa, Richard Dunne, thinks that Marcus Rashford has the ability to be the best player in the Premier League – although he wants to see him regularly.
Rashford impressed since he joined Villa on an initial Manchester United loan agreement in January, ending a long fate with his childhood club that turned to the end when he was frozen under Ruben Amorim.
Villa has the possibility of signing the international in England for 40 million pounds sterling at the end of the season, although Dunne remains suspicious of engaging at this early stage.

“Marcus Rashford can be the best player in the Premier League”
He said William Hill: “There has never been any questions about the capacity and quality of Marcus Rashford when he is in good shape, but I think that Aston Villa must still be wary and wait and see before committing to signing it permanently. He needs to play week during the week because for too long, he has not been played in a coherent or at the level that was planned.
“Villa must be sure that he has turned a corner and found the club that suits him. If they see a determination of Marcus, that he wants to be the best player in the league – that he has the capacity to be – then he can change the situation for villa and someone who can make them go to the upper level.
“Its potential and capacity are unlimited. He can win matches by himself. If they can have it fired, it is an incredible signature for them. »»

Club Brugge then for Rashford and Villa
Rashford is likely to be in the departure of Unai Emery for the first stage of their Champions League, in the knockout stages at Club Brugge this evening.
And Dunne, who made nearly 100 appearances for villa between 2009 and 2013, is convinced that her former club can progress in the quarter -final despite the loss of the same opponents in the group phase.
He added: “The previous meeting between the two parties was at the Brugge club, so obviously the difference this time is that they have the opportunity at Villa Park to overthrow any negative result.
“But when I watched the defeat in Brugge, Villa was too cautious and did not play freely. I would support villa to beat Brugge, at home and outside, if they are courageous enough to open a little – they are good enough to do it. There is a little concern for Unai Emery – he does not want his teams to be open, and he wants them to defend themselves against a solid base. But when they go ahead, if they can free an additional player and attack with freedom, they can beat Brugge.
“Brugge is a very good side, they are difficult to play. They have very good, footballers and they support very well. Villa should be able to beat them during two legs. I want them to go through, but it is important that in the outer leg, they do not sit. »»
