Freshly out of a huge mid -week victory, Tottenham Hotspur travels through the capital on Sunday and will face Fulham in Craven Cottage.
The Spurs season – and probably the work of Angel Postcoglou – was at stake while Az Alkmaar visited N17 with an advance of 1-0 to protect in the second stage of their Europa League Round of 16 equalities. However, with Postcoglou capable of finally deploying his most strong central defender matching, the hosts won a 3-1 victory after an impressive second half display to progress in the last eight.
Their campaign is now running in Europe, with Eintracht Francfurt in April.
At the national level, visitors on Sunday endured a hot campaign. They are seated 13th in the Premier League table with 34 points and are eight points less well lotis than their upcoming opponents. Fulham occupied the tenth after their European hopes had a blow to Brighton last weekend.

Sasa Lukic turned out to be an important absent in Brighton last weekend, and Fulham are without the midfielder on Sunday as he serves the second of his ban on two games.
The hosts are still without Reiss Nelson, Harry Wilson and Kenny Tete, while Adama Traore, who has often tormented the Spurs during his fate in Wolves, is a doubt due to an ankle injury.
