From 1977 to 1979, Marvel Comics published a series of 24 numbers entitled “Godzilla: King of the Monsters”. This series has integrated Big G into the Marvel universe, also temporarily – and now it is back.
Marvel will launch a new series of six one-shots, collectively called “Godzilla against the Marvel universe” (as full volume in September). Each issue will star a team of different writer-artist, Pit Godzilla against another Marvel hero, and will take place in another era for Marvel Comics. The complete list, in the order of publication, is as follows:

The decades chosen are supposed to highlight a famous period for a character. The 1980s were when Spider-Man wore his black suit, and The 1990s were up to X-Mania. Thor being the last one means that Godzilla will fight The god of thunder of “Thor Immortal” in progress ,, “ which has environmental themes similar to those cooked in Godzilla.
Marvel shared an exclusive preview of “Godzilla vs the Fantastic Four” # 1 with / film. “Godzilla vs the Fantastic Four” # 1 is planned for the printed and digital version on March 26, 2025.
