It was a 24 -month -old whirlwind for the Philadelphia Eagles. Since February 2023, Philly has arrived and has lost a Super Bowl, exploded in playoffs last year 32-9, then snatched 15 victories after starting this season 2-2 to return to the Super Bowl.

The adversity that the Eagles had to face certainly made the team better, but the Philadelphia’s front office has done a masterful job to build a winning list only two years after a disappointing defeat in the Super Bowl LVII. You could say that Eagles are a better team from top to bottom than the chefs.

Let us analyze the position groups of Philly and give each unit a note from A to F.

Quarterrière – C

With a record of 46-20 in the regular season and five victories in playoffs since entering the NFL, Jalen Hurts proved that he could win at all levels. Despite this fact, I am not a person who believes that victories are a quarter-back statistic. The victories are made by the teams.

If we look at Hurts’ pass numbers and use this to assess your game rather than winning, we see a quarter-rear that has been average in recent times.

With only 168.3 yards per game per game during the playoffs, Hurts is on average the second more yards among all quarters of the playoffs. It is also in the middle of the pack in terms of a quarter-back rating (105.0, tied to the sixth).

Hurts’ note was saved by his race capabilities. He has the second most precipitated TDS in the playoffs (four) and he has an average of 40.7 yards on the ground per game.

Running back – A

If you have read one of my Super Bowl Lix analyzes, then you know I think Saquon Barkley is the best player who enters this game. He ran over more than 2,000 yards during the regular season and followed this with 442 yards on the ground in the playoffs (147.3 yards per match). I expect Saquon to have at least 100 yards on the ground this Sunday.

Barkley backups have also played well. Kenneth Gainwell is on average nearly 4.6 yards per race during the playoffs. Meanwhile, Will Shipley broke a 57 yards race during the NFC championship match.

The ball carrier is easily one of the best positions of the Eagles.

Large receiver – C

I would like to see more consistency of the wide receiver room in Philly. After being held at three catches for 24 yards in his first two games, AJ Brown caught six passes for 96 yards and a touchdown in the NFC championship. Simultaneously, the Jahan Dotson sub -machines receiver has been held since its reception of a touch of 11 yards in the round of the Joker.

Devonta Smith was a reliable target with four catches in each of Philly’s qualifying matches. Unfortunately, he did not exceed the mark of 55 yards in the playoffs.

It is a talented wide body of wide receptors, but only three widths in fact caught a pass for the Eagles during this race in the playoffs. This lack of production means that this position group is just average.

Tight end – b

If it was not for Travis Kelce, the NFL fans would say that Dallas Goedert was the best end in the playoffs. GOEDERT leads all the ends tight in reception yards (188) while ranking second in receptions (15). In addition to that, it was effective in the racing game as a blocker and ball carrier (13 yards on the ground in two races). With a reception touch in the first round of the playoffs, he is already halfway from his release from Touché for the regular season.

The only reason why the tight ends of philly do not get an A is because I don’t know how much I can trust the end of Grant Calcaterra, which has only one reception in the playoffs . If something had to happen to Dallas Goedert, the tight piece of Philly would be screwed.

Offensive line – a

The Eagles offensive line is the best unit on the team. Three of the five starters were appointed to Pro Bowl, but it is only because the left tackle Jordan Mailata was snubbed by voters. In reality, the Eagles should have had four PRO Bowl offensive line players this year.

The offensive line helped Philly on average 179.3 yards on the ground per game during the regular season. This number has somehow improved at 227.7 yards in the playoffs.

The team sold 11 bags during the playoffs (tied for most of the league), but this is due in part to the fact that Jalen is injured in the knee in the division tour against the Rams of Los Angeles. I doubt that the total of the Philly bag would be so high if the injuries were completely healthy.

I am very happy to see the offensive line of the Eagles with the defensive front of the chiefs. It will be the battle that determines the Super Bowl Lix.

Defensive line – B

Most of the philly bags in the playoffs came from the position of the secondary, but that did not stop the defensive line players of the Eagles of the Games to destroy.

The defensive platform Jalen Carter could be the best defender in Philly. He has two bags and 20 quarter-Arrière pressures (the most by all defensive attacks in this playoff series). He also directs all DTS in playoffs Quarter-back hits and HurriesAccording to Pro Football Focus.

Defensive comrade Jordan Davis was solid during the Eagles eliminatory series race. 6’6 ″, 336 lb. The line player has a bag and four plated in total in three games.

Even the third stem Moro Ojomo recorded a bag and five plated in total during this round.

With the defensive winger veteran Brandon Graham on the right track to play this Sunday, the PHILLY defensive line seems ready to have a big match.

SIDRECTOR – A

I already mentioned it, but Zack Baun looked like a candidate of defensive player of the year during the playoffs. He plated 26 in total (second in the playoffs), 17 solo plated (tied for the first), two defended passes, an interception, a forced escape and two escaped recovery. Baun has been everywhere on the ground and is a huge reason why the Eagles have done so far.

Oren Burks and Nolan Smith Jr. were also lights. The two were combined for 36 plated in total, five bags, seven plated for loss and three forced escapes. Even Jalyx Hunt intensified her match since Nakobe Dean was injured by recording five plated in total in the NFC championship match.

Nor can we forget Josh Sweat, who has five quarter-arre in the playoffs (sixth among all the seconds).

Philly could have the deepest second room in the NFL.

Cornerback – B

Darius Slay Jr., Cooper Dejean and Quinon Mitchell created an area without flight for Philly on the defensive side of the ball. Slay has five deviations in playoffs (tied for the first time) while Mitchell died four passes (tied to the third), and Dejean has three passing deviations (tied in the fifth). In addition, they combined for three interceptions.

The problem is really accompanied by the teams to effectively pass the ball. Philly authorizes the fifth most passing yards (245.7 yards per match) in the playoffs and fourth reception yards per game per game (271.3).

The Eagles corner half room is superb (second percentage of the lowest completion authorized in the playoffs), but they lose a note note because the offenses have been able to gain a lot of meters in the air.

Security – B

CJ Gardner-Johnson and Reed Blankenship complete the secondary of Philly. Blankenship was an unknown hero for the defense of Eagles with 24 plated in total (second in the team) and a forced escape. More importantly, he only granted seven receptions in the playoffs, the third plus of all security.

After having done nothing in the Wild Card Round, Cj Gardner-Johnson accumulated 11 plated in total in his last two games. He also has Five stopsThe second largest number of all safety in the playoffs, according to PFF.

Tristin McCollum and Syndey Brown had an impact with three plated each.

Similarly to the corner room, Philly’s security room obtains a B due to the defense of yards.
