Hey, America: Give the Statue of liberty Back to France. The demand comes from a French politician who makes the headlines in his country to suggest that the United States is no longer worthy of Lady Liberty. The monument was a gift from France almost 140 years ago, by the Associated Press.

What is tea with Lady Liberty?
Raphaël Glucksmann is a member of the European Parliament and co -president of a small left party in France. He did not claim to speak for all his compatriots. However, he delivered a speech last weekend that shakes the table and aroused relationships with social media. Glucksmann shared that some Americans “have chosen to go on the side of the tyrants”. The organization has the statue on its list of world heritage treasures. In his speech last weekend, Glucksmann referred to the words of the poet of New York Emma Lazarus on the statue. She previously wrote, the “powerful woman with a torch” who promised a house for the “huddles masses aspiring to breathe for free”.
