These include Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Chad, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominique, Equatorial Guinea, Gambia, Liberia, Malia Zimbabwe.
