Jennifer Lopez Celebrates Her And Ben Affleck’s Film’s Success On Prime Video

Jennifer Lopez celebrates a major milestone: her film Unstoppable, produced by her ex-husband Ben Affleckreached #1 on Prime Video.

The actress filed for divorce from Affleck in August but only recently reached an amicable settlement.

Since their agreement, a source revealed that Jennifer Lopez is “enjoying being single” and will now focus on other projects she is working on throughout the year.

Lopez shared her excitement with her fans as her film “Unstoppable” became the most-watched film on Amazon Prime.

The “Jenny From The Block” singer took to her Instagram Story to share the news with her 249 million followers, posting a photo of herself starring in the film.

“Thank you everyone for watching,” she wrote alongside a white, sparkly heart emoji. “Especially my amazing fans.”

“Unstoppable” follows the inspiring story of Anthony Robles, born with one leg, as he goes from Arizona high school wrestling superstar to undefeated national college champion.

In the film, Lopez plays Judy Robles, the troubled but supportive mother of Anthony Robles. The film’s premiere was scheduled for January 7 but was canceled at the last minute due to the Los Angeles wildfires that started earlier this month.

In the post, she tagged Prime Video and the film’s lead actor, Jharrel Jerome. Lopez also tagged Robles, who doubled for Jerome in wrestling-heavy match scenes and also worked as a producer on the film alongside Lopez’s ex, Ben Affleck, and his producing partner Matt Damon.

However, the 55-year-old singer made no mention of Affleck or Damon in her celebratory post.

The former couple were hit by rumors of marital discord early last year. However, Lopez finally confirmed it when she filed for divorce from the “Argo” actor in August, on the second anniversary of Affleck’s wedding in Georgia.

In court documents, she listed April 26, 2024 as the official separation date and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

Earlier indications suggested the couple were heading for a complicated separation, with their divorce proceedings stalled for months due to the lack of a prenup. However, they recently settled the matter through mediation with Hollywood divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

The “Ain’t Your Mama” singer filed a settlement document in Los Angeles Superior Court that shows who gets what after the split. The document was signed on September 25, 2024, but it was not filed until December 31, 2024. Their separation will be official on February 20, 2025.

After their divorce was settled, a source said American weekly that the “Hustlers” actress is enjoying being single again and focusing on the big projects she’s working on.

“She’s enjoying being single and feeling good about it,” the source said, noting that the mother of two “has no regrets.”

“She was very much in love with Ben, but love isn’t enough sometimes,” they continued. “Things worked out for the best and the way they were supposed to.”

The source added that the singer is “having fun” while she “works on big film projects and loves showing off how gorgeous she is.”

Lopez recently stepped up relief efforts for inferno victims following the Eaton and Palisades fires that ravaged much of Southern California.

The actress and pop superstar was scheduled to be interviewed on several prominent New York programs in the coming weeks in support of her Affleck-produced film “Unstoppable.”

She was supposed to appear on Jimmy Fallon’s “The View,” “Live With Kelly and Mark,” “Today” and “The Tonight Show,” but will now focus on the disaster and those affected.

“It’s important for her to focus on supporting the Los Angeles community during this very difficult time,” a source said. People Magazine.

Lopez also donated to relief efforts, with the A List company taking to her Instagram Story to thank her for her clothing donations, calling them “generous” and “beautiful.”

Amid the wildfires, Lopez reportedly reached out to Affleck to show support for him and his children.

The “Hustlers” star was reportedly “concerned and concerned” for her ex-husband’s safety after learning his neighborhood had been forced to evacuate.

A source said Page six that she “contacted as soon as she learned that Ben’s house was possibly in danger and that he had been evacuated” to find out how he was doing during “this whole ordeal”, as well as to reassure him that “she is there for him and the children.”
