Joy Chavis is setting the record straight after social media users reacted to footage of her speaking out about her and her children’s living conditions amid the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles.

Joie Chavis reveals her and her children’s current living conditions amid LA wildfires
On Wednesday January 22, MyMixtapez reposted a clip on Xformerly known as Twitter, from Chavis speaking. To date, the clip has garnered over 2.8 million views.
Additionally, in the clip, Chavis revealed that his home survived the fires. However, this is not the case in the immediate surroundings. Additionally, authorities reportedly told her that she and her children would not be able to return home for at least ten days.
In the midst of this, Chavis explained that she and her children had “alternated four out of five outfits.” Ultimately, she shared that she thought it was time for her and her children to move out of Los Angeles, which would allow her to cut down on expenses.
In the meantime, Chavis said she and her children were staying with her mother.

Social media users immediately reacted to Joie Chavis’ revelation in The Shade Room comments section. Some seemed surprised by Chavis’s living conditions and the fact that the fathers of his children apparently failed to help. Note that Chavis shares his eldest daughter with Bow Wow, a son with Future and a baby with Trevon Diggs. Meanwhile, others defended Chavis against the chatter.

As The shadow room Previously reported, Chavis revealed her latest pregnancy to the world in March 2024. Then, later that month, she responded to negative comments about having multiple children with different men.
At the time, Chavis claimed she was caring for all of her children alone, according to The shadow room.
