Kyle Richards EXPOSES his depression and almost STOPS ‘RHOBH’ over marriage and lesbian rumors!
Kyle Richards opens up about almost quitting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 due to depression and pressure on her marriage and rumors of a lesbian relationship with Morgan Wade.
In an interview with The Hollywood ReporterKyle admitted to feeling depressed, something she had never felt before. “I just didn’t have it in me anymore. I was at a point where I was so depressed. Kyle common.
“I’m not someone who gets depressed. I have suffered from anxiety all my life but never depression. I really felt like I was struggling with depression and I expressed it. And I just felt like I couldn’t throw myself into storylines all the time and have everyone come at me.
She continued: “People that I thought were my friends, all of a sudden I felt like they weren’t. I just felt like it was too much with what was going on in my life and I thought, “Why should I put myself through this?” I don’t know why I keep doing this.’
Despite its fragile state, Kyle revealed that her peers weren’t giving her the support she needed, which made things even more difficult. “It was absolutely the closest I’ve ever come to not coming back to the show,” she admitted.
AAfter taking some time off, Kyle found support from Well done and his production team, helping him regain strength and resume filming.
“I took this time until I felt strong again and collected my thoughts [on] what I wanted to do,” she explained. Kyle came back to stay busy after her husband Mauricio Oumanski moved and said she wasn’t ready to lose her “crew family.” However, not everyone was happy with his brief absence.
“Some people said they were going to hold me responsible for leaving,” Kyle revealed.
While Kyle Describing herself as an “open book,” she admitted there are limits when it comes to what she shares on the show. “Sometimes you have to think of others, whether it’s my children or anyone else. My kids will say they don’t want me to talk about this or that, and I have to respect that,” she noted.
As for his relationship with Mauricioshe confirmed that they remained friends and family, going through their separation together. Even though she’s not ready to date yet, Kyle saw the headlines on that of Mauricio rumored relationships.
Kyle Richards admitted that she knew Dorit Kemsley would come after her this season, but the constant drama became too exhausting.
She expressed frustration at the exaggeration of their problems and pointed out that Dorit didn’t follow the “girl code”, which ultimately led to their tension. She also revealed it and PK were like brothers and sisters, very close.
Looking to the future, Kyle expressed her desire to be “the longest-running Housewife in franchise history”, while revealing that she is hesitant to recommend Friends for the series.
“If I had to recommend someone I know, they would be a little removed from my life. It’s very difficult to manage relationships on reality TV,” she explained.
