Lala Kent doesn’t hold back, throws shade Ariana Madix And Katie Maloney reactions to the Vanderpump Rules restart by doubting at Katie’s pretend she stopped.
After Ariana Madix, 39, expressed his feeling of “relief” at the changes, and Katie Maloney37, claimed she told producers she was ready to leave before the decision was made, Lala34, shared his own views during an appearance on the Not skinny but not fat podcast.
“I don’t want to say it suits me because it doesn’t.” Lala admitted. “It was like the happiest moment of my entire life. So anyone who acts okay with that, I feel like it’s a slap in the face. She didn’t mince her words about at Katie’s stopping affirmations, responding sarcastically, “Good.”
Lala also reflected on the opportunities the show gave him, emphasizing, “Without this show, no one cares about any of us.”
“I always tried to remember what brought me to this place because before Vander Pump I was just an asshole trying to beat the streets, a squirrel trying to get a nut. And this show changed my whole life.
Although Lala recognized the challenges caused by the post-“Scandoval” Divided within the cast, she expressed pride in what they accomplished.
“At some point you have to look at the bigger picture and ask yourself, ‘Are we even capable of filming this any longer?’ And I just don’t think we can film it any longer,” she said.
Lala also took the time to highlight its close connection with Scheana Shay39 years old. She revealed how Scheana supported her after her split from her ex-fiancé Randall Emmet.
“The holidays were depressing as fuck. Here comes the second round, and she said, “Come to Palm Springs.” Take Ocean on Christmas Day and come down and spend the weekend with us,” Lala recalled.
“She opened up her house and made Christmas feel like Christmas again.”
Despite his bittersweet feelings towards him Vanderpump Rules exit, Lala looks to the future and offers ideas for its next chapter.
“I present it immediately to Baskin [Bravo’s head of programming]” she teased, suggesting that she would love to host the After Show for the new Vanderpump Rules casting.
Like VAnderpump Rules ushers in a new era, Lala her passion for the franchise and candid thoughts ensure that she will remain a fan favorite, whether on screen or behind the scenes.
