A former reddit explosive of a former startup employee sparked a fierce debate on the cultivation of startups in Gurugram. Under a position on Sudreddit. R / Delhi, the individual detailed how he was suddenly dismissed only 20 days after joining a startup based in Gurugram, allegedly to have a “problem of attitude” and not be “earth on earth”.

It all started on his third day of work. According to his article, his boss declared thoroughly: “So I joined this startup in Gurgaon and on the third day, my employer tells me that I am not earth on earth, I have a problem of attitude and in this way, we cannot work together.”

Although the employee has tried to brush criticism – insisting: “I don’t focus, I will work there,” the conflict quickly intensified.

Related tea breaks and occasional smoke sessions with two other new carpenters, formerly a light connection ritual, quickly became discord. Management frowned on these rallies, and even its punctual habit of blocking precisely at 7 p.m. was deemed unacceptable.

Matters took a spectacular turn on the 20th day. The director, opting for an unconventional approach, reassured him to work from the director’s cabin. “The 20th day around the director or the owner asked to work in his cabin instead of my office and said that for a few days, you will only work here. MEC who works like that in a cabin all day with your director.”

The user also wrote: “I always agree, but at 7 pm, I was looking out of the cabin to see if a colleague I made recently or not for our end of the day and the director suddenly been frustrated and said why you were looking outside, I was talking about this and I asked HR to finish immediately.”

The controversy deepened a week later when the employee was summoned for a discussion concerning his dismissal. During a meeting to which the director attended and his manager, a video recording was made of the conversation. When the employee tried to record the exchange himself, the director suddenly refined, “on Gayi Nhi Abhi intelligence?” And rejected the request, saying that he would share registration later.

The position quickly resonated with his Redditors colleagues, many of whom expressed their support and indignation. A user applauded: “It’s great that you have left the place, it is called a toxic work environment.”

Another joined the responsibility, exhorting: “Name and shame on the company. That the truth has come out. A company can only exist if its employees are good enough … “

A third user asked why someone would support such treatment even for 15 days, while a fourth simply required that the company was exposed.

Faced with public pressure, the former employee has since filed a complaint with the Labor Commissioner. It remains intended for the name of the company, citing current legal proceedings and sensitive updates pending. However, he noted that the startup had provided study equipment for coaching centers – a detail that adds another layer to the in progress controversy.

This affair highlights the volatile dynamics within certain startups and underlines the growing will of employees to denounce what they perceive as toxic practices in the workplace.
