Manchester United is trying to win a first Premier League victory in February when they go to a kick -off on Saturday at the start of Saturday.
The two United League games saw this month have seen defeats against Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur without scoring a goal.
The Red Devils won only four of the 14 championship games since Ruben Amorim took care of in November and found himself in 15th place, a point below their Merseyside opponents.
Everton, on the other hand, has seen something of a resurgence in recent weeks after the return of David Moyes.
Under Moyes, who succeeded Sir Alex Ferguson as a manager of United in 2013 and who replaced Sean Dyche as boss of Everton in mid-January, the Toffees collected four victories in six games to move to 13 points of the relegation zone.
