The German group Lufthansa (OTCQX:DLAKY) (OTCQX:DLAKF) has completed the acquisition of a 41% stake in Italian airline ITA Airways for €325 million (approximately $350 million) from the Italian government.

Lufthansa (OTCQX:DLAKY) now holds 41% of the capital of ITA Airways, while the remaining 59% will continue to be held by the Italian Ministry of Economy.
