Yinka Oyetade de la France 24 speaks to Dr Alex Vines, head of the Africa program in Chatham House, about the M23 offensive in eastern Dr. Congo. He says that the ambitions of the M23 supported by Rwanda now differ from their objectives in 2012, when they set themselves for the first time on Goma, and that one of the group’s objectives is now to overthrow the administration of Kinshasa , it has made alliances with others the armed groups and some of them may consider the separation of the DRC.
