In response to The Agency motion to dismiss the case, Relator fired back in recently filed court papers, saying the company’s arguments fell flat. “This is a case of greed during a national health emergency,” their lawyer said.

Relator also pointed out that The Agency the motion to dismiss relies on the idea that Relator has no direct knowledge of the alleged fraud, rather than the denial of the claims themselves.
If the lawsuit is successful, it could have significant financial repercussions for Mauricio And The Agency. Relator seeks a judgment equal to three times the damages allegedly suffered by the United States, as well as civil penalties.
The affair is a persistent thorn that of Mauricio side, coinciding with his ongoing marital problems with Kyle Richards.
