Mbappe hat-trick dumps City out of Europe

Kylian Mbappe put a first round of the Champions League hats as a Real Madrid player as Los Blancos lacked winners 3-1 on Manchester City in Bernabeu.

Mbappe and Madrid were sparkling as they put a lamentable city at the 6-3 sword in aggregate and progressing towards the end of the 16 series of the Europe Elite Club competition. Nico Gonzalez scored a consolation objective for City in the second half-time time.

Erling Haaland was left on the bench while the Pep Guardiola team offered very little threat to the future and had trouble containing Real’s attack talents during a miserable night for the champions of Premier League.

Meanwhile, Carlo Ancelotti’s team, which stammered throughout this season’s competition league phase, has produced a performance that will cement them as a favorite to keep their European crown.

How the action took place

In a game that was always going to be a challenge for City started disastrously for visitors.

After only four minutes, City ended up behind when Mbappe finished perfectly after hanging on a long ball above. The flight of the pass was poorly judged by Ruben Dias, leaving Mbappe to Loft effortlessly the ball on Ederson.

It was more of the same thing after the break. Real looked dangerous whenever they got forward. City and Guardiola seemed nervous.

Mbappe approached a hat -trick after stretching to meet a cross of Federico Valverde, but his poke was wide by Ederson.

On time, however, Real’s new number made sure that he would bring the ball to the house when his left foot strike beaten the city’s goalkeeper to make three.

At this stage, Real’s progress has been confirmed. Gonzalez caught a goal of consolation in stopping time, but City was left to licked the injuries of a competition which, in the end, was never really a competition.
