In a recent Instagram post, Meghan shared a heartfelt video tribute to her beloved Beagle, Guy, who recently passed away.
The moving post paid tribute to Guy and gave followers a rare glimpse into the Sussexes’ family life as the voices of their two children, Archie and Lilibet, sang softly in the background.
In the adorable clip, Archie can be heard talking to Guy. The five-year-old says sweetly, “He might fall,” as the dog joins him and Meghan in the backseat while Harry drives.
“It’s not going to fall, don’t worry, mom is holding it,” reassures Meghan. “Thanks for being such a good boy!”
Harry also makes an appearance in the montage, cheering Guy on as they walk along the beach.

“Come on, Guy! Good job!” he calls. The tribute ends with a sweet family song, led by Archie or Lilibet, as they sing: “We love you, Guy! And we’ll be true, when you’re not near us, we’re blue! “
Since the video was released, royal fans have been stunned by the pleasant surprise, with some speculating that the couple are planning to show off more of the prince and princess in the future.

The montage featured moments of Guy, who will appear in Meghan’s upcoming Netflix series “With Love, Meghan,” cuddling up to her in bed, enjoying cuddles with Harry and keeping the Duchess company during jam-making sessions .
Meghan wrote in the caption, “In memory of Guy,” encouraging her followers to “adopt, not buy.”
Looking back on their journey, she said: “In 2015, I adopted a beagle from a dog shelter in Canada. He had been at an animal shelter in Kentucky and was given a few days to live. I caught it…and I fell in love.”
Meghan continued: “They called him ‘the little guy’ because he was so small and fragile, so I called him ‘Guy’. And he was the best guy a girl could ask for.”

The former actress admitted she’d shed “too many tears to count,” expressing gratitude for Guy’s years of “unconditional love.”
She closed the tribute with these heartfelt words: “You have filled my life in ways you will never know.”

The Duke and Duchess embrace life with three dogs and two children

In addition to Guy, Meghan and Harry share their home with a black Labrador named Pula and Mama Mia, the second beagle they rescued in 2022.
In December 2024, the couple’s royal greeting card featured the three dogs: Guy, Pula and Mama Mia. The photo captured the pups as they watched Archie and Lilibet walk into their parents’ arms for a warm family cuddle.
The following month, Guy made a cameo appearance in the trailer for Meghan’s new Netflix lifestyle series, “With Love, Meghan,” and fans can expect to see more of him throughout the season.
Reflecting on life with three dogs and two children, Harry joked about house life.
“I tell you what, we all need a dog that keeps us calm. I have three in this house now. So we basically have five kids,” the Duke of Sussex said in 2022, according to Life and style. “Between the three of them, they chase squirrels and cause all kinds of trouble for us every day. But they’re also 100 percent emotional support dogs when they’re well behaved.”

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet could accompany their parents to the Invictus games

A source who spoke to The Express revealed that the prince and princess could attend the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games in Vancouver next year, marking their first public appearance.
The insider shared that the royal couple plans to take Archie and Lilibet to the February 8 event to help promote a new “family-friendly” Invictus game.
According to sources, Harry and Meghan “were very involved in the organizational elements of Vancouver Whistler’s Invictus Games events, and it was really their idea to make it a family game so participants could bring their children with them.”
If Archie and Lilibet appear at the Invictus game, it will mark a notable change for the Sussexes, who are protective of their children’s privacy.
Meghan Markle gears up for new Netflix series ‘With Love, Meghan’
The tribute is the third upload to Meghan’s Instagram page following the launch of her new Netflix series on her Instagram account titled “With Love, Meghan.”
