British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said on Saturday that a world leaders’ alliance would exert “maximum pressure on Russia” to register for a ceasefire in his war against Ukraine. The warning came while the leaders of the summit met practically on Saturday changed the planning of a peacekeeping force in an “operational phase”.
