Kaoru Mitoma scored one of the goals of the season and Yankuba Minteh scored twice as Brighton repeated his victory in FA Cup against Chelsea with a first League victory tonight.

Japan International Mitoma opened the scoring in the 27th minute with a sublime piece of individual competence.

He seemed little danger when the goalkeeper of Brighton Bart Bart Verbruggen launched the ball in front, but Mitoma skillfully checked him on his right foot before jumping inside Trevoh Chalobah and folding a right shot in The lower right corner.

Minteh then scored a goal in each half to see Brighton until a comfortable victory when they resumed their 2-1 victory six days ago.

It was a miserable night for Chelsea, whose fans made for outings long before the final whistle.

Chelsea lacks attacking spark

Chelsea played without a recognized center -center – Nicolas Jackson and Marc Guiu are both absent by an injury – with the winger Christopher Nkunku again asked to play more in the center in a false role.

It was a tactic that Zo Marsca used last weekend with little success and he failed again this evening.

Nkunku worked hard but with little joy because Chelsea had a lot of ball without carrying a lot of threats in the future.

This has been demonstrated in the first 17 minutes with Cole Palmer twice was wasting presentable opportunities, pulling his first high effort on the bar and cutting the second horribly wide of the target.

Brighton was much more decisive in the last third with Mitoma showing Londoners how it should be done from Brighton’s first real chance.

The visitors responded well at the start to go behind. Pedro Neto turned before the winger of Portugal saw an effort superbly blocked by Adam Webster, who represented the brought -up Brighton Captain Lewis Dunk.

From the resulting corner, the crossing of Malo Gusto had returned home by Enzo Fernandez, but the effort of the Argentine midfielder was excluded for a blow to the back of Joel Veltman.

MINTEH grabs his first

Brighton went up on the storm and did it 2-0 seven minutes before half-time. The neat interaction allowed Georginio Rutter to escape on the left and when his cross was partially blocked by Levi Colwill, Danny Welbeck picked up the loose ball and nourished Minteh who entered inside Marc Cucurella and shouted at home.

Palmer has remained a peripheral figure – the international in England jaded compared to its start to the season – and without its survey, Chelsea was moderate.

This meant that the game meanders until the bursting in life after 63 minutes.

Game finished

Colwill thought he had been the victim of a fault, but referee Chris Kavanagh agitated his demonstrations and Welbeck and Mintteh were still combined before the winger of the Gambia entered the unfortunate Cucurella before shooting before Filip Jorgensen.

Veltman struck a post late, his shot striking Jorgensen in the face before bouncing on the amount and Verbruggen did after that Webster diverted a crossing towards his own goal.

Brighton went to the eighth accordingly while Chelsea remains fourth.
