Presentation of Opera Air, a new web browser designed around mindfulness. The application has a “minimalist Scandinavian design” and frosted glass accents, which mix well with the concept of mindfulness. Although Pretty, Opera Air has characteristics for relaxation, concentration, rest, and even more, that you normally only see in meditation applications.

There are four ruptured modes: breathing, neck exercises, meditation and “complete body scan”. Breathing exercises and meditation can help you calm down by lowering stress levels, while neck exercises help loosen the bad neck muscles. Complete body sweep is a different type of meditation which consists in focusing your attention on various parts of the body and the sensations that arise. These breaks can be as short as three minutes or as long. The breaks can be taken voluntarily or by adjusting a timer.

Opera Air also incorporates binaural beats like “boosts”. Binaural beats are an audio illusion created when two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear, deceiving the brain “hearing” a third frequency. Opera Air has several boosts that improve creativity, help to concentrate and induce relaxation, among others. Opera even said that users can be helped to remember dreams.

According to the main product director at Opera Mohamed Salah, the web is magnificent, but the company wants to “look at scientific means” to help users to sail chaotic (and sometimes hostile) . While mindfulness apps like Exist, Opera Air contains these application features that many people use most frequently.
