The seventh winner of Manchester City came from behind by two goals Nico O’Reilly and one from Kevin de Bruyne to end the club of the Plymouth Argyle championship in FA Cup during the fifth round at the Etihad stadium.

City dominated the first half and struck a post through a curling Ilkay Gundogan, only to delay the pleasure of the 8,000 fans outside when the central defender of Ukraine Maksym Talovov led in the delivery of Matthew Sorinola seven minutes before the break of the first corner of Plymouth.

Just when the team that knocked out Liverpool in the previous round seemed to have reached half-time with its intact advantage, O’Reilly went to Kevin de Bruyne’s free kick to give the Premier League a relief measure after their opponents had punished them for the type of generous defense which was an uncertain form this season.

The 19 -year -old midfielder met Phil Foden’s delivery to go with 14 minutes to play again and put the Cityzens on the right track for a seventh appearance in the consecutive quarter -finals.

The captain of Bruyne stabbed the third third of the 90th minute after the substitute of Erling Haaland was saved by goalkeeper Conor Hazard, returning the ball on the path of the city’s top scorer to provide the playmaker.
