Jose Mourinho says that the 3-1 defeat of the Fenerbahce team at home against the Rangers was “a good result” and that his team “was very bad everywhere”.
Mourinho won all the great European honor, including the Europa League with Manchester United, but has hand -to -hand work to raise another this season after the Rangers produced a famous victory in Istanbul.
But Mourinho says that the tie is not over and supports its side to work much better in Ibrox next week.
“I don’t think it’s fair to say that we were bad defensively because we were very bad everywhere,” said Mourinho.
“Maybe you laugh, but for me, it was a good result because of how we played, the result could have been greater than this one.
“Defensively, we made incredible and incredible mistakes. They defend themselves a lot with a very low block and then had dangerous meters and we had no pace to follow this.

The acting boss of the Rangers, Barry Ferguson, was full of praise for Mourinho after having guided his side towards the victory.
He said: “It was only half-time the tie because Fenerbahce had one of the best managers that ever been.
“I am proud of the boys because they have gone through a lot this season. They deserve a lot of credit.
“We have to be ready for next Thursday and, I tell you something, I will have ready them.”
