Manchester United has reserved its place in the last 16 of the Europa League with a 2-0 victory against FCSB.
The second half goals of Diogo Dalot and Kobbie Main proved the difference while the Red Devils controlled the procedures against their Romanian hosts.
The first half was a cage affair, with a United United United but fighting to break a well-organized FCSB defense.
Visitors have shaped a few decent openings, Rasmus Hojlund testing the goalkeeper Tarnovanu and Christian Eriksen pulling half a right volley on the shot.
However, it was the FCSB which got closer to the breeze of the impasse when Popescu encountered the Radunovic cross with a sliding volley, only to see its effort rolling the distant post.
United increased the pressure after the break, with Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo to inject a much necessary attack spark.

In a few minutes, Garnacho was a few centimeters from the scoring, leaping on a loose crossfish before seeing his shot at low pole and rolling behind.
A few moments later, Bruno Fernandes rocked the crossbar with a superb long -range strike.
The breakthrough finally arrived in the 60th minute. Diallo took a quick return to Mainoo, which has shot intelligently and whipped a dangerous ball through the goal. Dalot arrived at the rear post to get home, giving United head.
The FCSB has almost retaliated spectacularly, with Birligea’s curling effort beating the goalkeeper of United, Altay Bayindir, but overcoming the transverse bar.
MAINOO then sealed victory in the 68th minute with a well -taken goal. The young midfielder started the movement, spreading the ball wide in Garnacho before ghosts in the box to meet the reduction of the Argentinian. With calm beyond his years, he spent the ball in front of Tarnovan, obtaining the three points for United.
Despite the late efforts of FCSB, including a Birligea gray survey which was well saved by Bayindir, visitors have comfortably seen the remaining minutes.
With this victory, Manchester United extend its undefeated race in the Europa League group aircraft with seven games. The Red Devils are now looking at the steps with direct elimination, with the confidence by growing as they continue European silverware.
