Cristiano Ronaldo took full advantage of the Saudi Pro League winter break by taking his family for a vacation to Lapland.
At 39, the Portuguese icon continues to defy expectations, scoring 16 goals in 19 matches this season for Al-Nassr.
However, despite their exceptional form, Al-Nassr struggled as a team under former AC Milan manager Stefano Pioli.
The club currently sits fourth in the SPL table, behind league leaders Al-Ittihad by 11 points.
With the SPL on hiatus mid-season and matches only resuming on January 9, Ronaldo took the opportunity to enjoy some time off with his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their children.
The family opted for a magical trip to Lapland, the northernmost region of Finland, famous for its breathtaking Northern Lights, winter resorts and reputation as the official home of Santa Claus.

Ronaldo has been sharing glimpses of his vacation on social media, including a striking photo of himself standing in the snow wearing only shorts.
He captioned the post: “Merry Christmas everyone,” beaming with holiday cheer.
While in Lapland, the family explored various activities, including visiting Santa and snowmobiling.
However, Ronaldo avoided skiing, as most footballers are generally prohibited from participating in high-risk sports due to injury concerns mentioned in their contracts.
Instead, Rodriguez and the kids tried their hand at skiing while Ronaldo enjoyed other aspects of the winter wonderland.
This trip contrasts sharply with their life in Riyadh, where temperatures in December hover around 17 degrees.
In Lapland, however, the temperature can drop as low as -30 during the winter months, creating a completely different experience for the family.
Ronaldo will soon return to action when Al-Nassr faces Al-Okhdood in the SPL on January 9.
