Tuesday, I made my long journey with my group, west of Morgan Hill and around the UVAS and Chesbro tanks with an open space of Rancho Canada del Oro on Casa Loma Road. We had a pleasant time for that, even if we had a fairly decent front wind in the legs in southern direction.

I rolled my bed with an electric help, which works better for me these days for longer rides (it was about 35 miles for me, including driving to and since the start of the group at home). I work on the length of my journey on my amount. Currently, I can spend a little more than an hour without problem, but sometimes my joint if becomes a little grumpy if I push it longer. I don’t want to do it too much, because it can progress towards a sciatica thrust. So I add a little more to my vertical sessions each week.
