Russia and Ukraine announced on Wednesday that they each had 175 prisoners in one of the greatest exchanges since Moscow launched a large -scale invasion more than three years ago. The Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly called for an exchange of prisoners “all-for all”.
